HOTLINE
American HealthCare maintains two hotlines, one for residents and family members and one for employees. These hotlines may be used for obtaining guidance on ethics and compliance, or for reporting concerns. American HealthCare encourages resolution of issues at the local level, that is, with the supervisor, another member of management, the Vice President of Human Resources, or the Compliance Officer whenever possible, but individuals may always contact the hotline:

Employee: 1-800-826-6762.
Calls to the hotline are anonymous unless you choose to identify yourself. There will be no discipline or retribution for anyone who reports a possible violation in good faith.
