Heritage Hall - Grundy is located in the Appalachian Plateau of southwest Virginia. We are the only long-term care facility in Buchanan County and provide skilled, intermediate nursing care, and short-term rehabilitation to our surrounding community. We also work to meet the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs of each resident.
