This is why we use a variety of resources and personnel to make sure the recovery is specific for you or your family member. With sixteen facilities we have an advantage of seeing a number of different residents with a number of different needs. Together, we make sure all these needs are met and your treatment is considered a success by you and your family.
Residents receive the attention of licensed medical professionals 24 hours a day. In addition to registered nursing care, our staff includes a full compliment of licensed practical nurses and certified geriatric nursing assistants. Our care team, along with the assistance and support of the family, develops an individualized care plan tailored to meet the specific needs of each resident. At Heritage Hall, we strive to provide a total care environment. Caring for the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of residents is our number one priority.
Heritage Hall's comprehensive rehabilitative services are available seven days a week and are administered by licensed physical, occupational and speech therapists. Our rehab experts provide patient specific programs that are designed to achieve and maintain the resident's highest level of independence.
As the premier provider of nursing and rehab services in the state, Heritage Hall is committed to improving each resident's independence. Our services include acute, sub-acute and intermediate rehabilitation programs for the orthopedic, cardiovascular and neurological patient. Our interdisciplinary team approach focuses the attention of all team members to achieve a positive rehab outcome.
We also offer varied resident care programs. American HealthCare provides intermediate care in a traditional nursing home setting, or respite care to take care of a loved one on a short-term basis. We even provide specialized resident care, looking after the special needs of Alzheimer's patients, or offering the information and comfort needed in hospice care.
