Heritage Hall in Blackstone is located in rural Piedmont,Virginia, where you can enjoy fresh air and sunshine year 'round in the quaint, friendly atmosphere of a small town. Residents can choose to spend time outdoors in our two enclosed courtyards where they can relax in safety and security, or enjoy our two recreation rooms.
We provide loving medical and nursing care to all individuals, including specialized care to meet the needs of the individual with Alzheimer's. Residents receive care from an experienced professional staff including physical and occupational therapists, registered nurses and attending physicians; all dedicated to meeting the emotional, social and spiritual needs of the individual.
Socialization and community involvement are very important to health and well being. Social events within the center, as well as regularly scheduled outings, are just a few of the highlights. Our center combines warmth and sensitivity to create a caring atmosphere, where our residents and families can be secure in the knowledge that their needs are our first priority.
